DECA50

After manually loading the ingredients in the MIXER, by starting the automatic cycle, the DECA50 EASY line performs the mixing phase of the ingredients previously set in the recipe, until the product is exhausted in the MIXER.

From the mixer, the SFERA50 refiner mill pump, loads the balls mill tank up to the MAX level.

At this point, the refining cycle begins, the product circulates from the bottom of the SFERA 50 tank upwards. The rotor moves the spheres for refining. At the end of the 1st refining cycle, the balls mill discharges the product to a storage tank.

At the end of the discharging, the cycle starts again until the MIXER is exhausted.
